What is Kassav?

Kassav is a traditional haitian bread,  kassav is made from the cassava root  tuber, famously by the roadside in Haiti in a thin and crispy style with a slightly ‘nutty’ taste.  Bammie is the Jamaican cassava flat bread.

And yes that’s slices of avocado

Here’s a link of a Haitian man making Kassav in Haiti.
